These terms cover the use of the website arcamailbackup.com, run by Color Vivo Internet, S.L. (details in the legal notice). By using the website you accept them.

The website

• The website is free to use and needs no account.
• Use it lawfully. Don't try to break it, overload it or use the forms to send spam or content that isn't yours to send.
• We may change or interrupt the website at any time, for example to update content or for maintenance.

Information about the product

Arca Mail Backup has not been released yet. What the website says about features, platforms, availability and prices describes our plans for launch and may change before then. Features marked “Coming soon” or “Under study” are not available, and we can't promise dates for them. Prices are planned launch prices; the final price and tax are the ones the store shows when you buy.

Purchases and refunds

Arca Mail Backup will be sold through the Mac App Store and, when the Windows version is out, the Microsoft Store. Purchases, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations and refunds will be handled by that store, under its own terms. We never take payments on this website.

Use of the app

The terms of use of the app itself will be published here before launch, alongside the store's standard licence terms.

Forms

The contact form and the “Notify me at launch” form send us an email. How we handle that data is explained in the privacy policy.

Law and contact
